This volume consists of three texts in one cover. The original text reports a lecture delivered by Professor Roshdi Rashed in French, with two other versions in Arabic and English. The writer notes that the development of algebra in the hands of Muslim mathematicians opened new horizons for the emergence of a new scientific strategy. Classical modernity was entirely created by Muslim scholars from all parts of the world, from Muslim Spain to China, all of whom contributed their scientific research in Arabic.
