The Sixth Training Course on Cataloguing, November 2008 - Aleppo

The sixed training course took place during 7 - 25 November 2008 in Aleppo, Syria. Thirty-six participants from Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq completed the caurse which was hosted by the al-Waqfiyah Library.

In addition to the theoritical All al-Furqan cataloguing course include a strong practical component. The Aleppo training course was no exception and contained and series of workshop conducted by distiguished scholars.

High quality was ensured in all the individual items of the course. this was guaranteed by engaging top scholars and experts from all over the world who brought together a wealth of experience that is both specialised and comprehensive.
